Running For My Life
I just listened to an amazing book and wanted to share it with my runner pals!
Running For My Life, by U.S. Olympic runner Lopez Lomong
Seriously… an incredible, true story. Lopez was stolen from his family by rebels in Sudan when he was six years old. I won’t give away any details, but clearly he found his way through huge struggles and achievements to run in the Olympics on behalf of the United States – and is still doing so.
Read it! Or better yet, listen to it while you’re running! I got my copy on audible.com.
Enjoy! Any good books to recommend? I have some Audible credits building up while I haven’t logged so many hours of running.
