Health in a Cup

Sometimes smoothies seem so groundbreaking! Like, I can’t even believe how much HEALTH is in this cup of mine this morning! And I needed it after a weekend of eating out…

It’s not a favorite recipe or anything – I tend to just toss ALL the veggies together, and a tiny bit of fruit. In fact, I’ve never tried a recipe at all.

Today: spinach, bok choy, red pepper, celery, 1/2 avocado, almond milk, five or six frozen cherries, and a scoop each of Green Vibrance powder, chia seeds, maca powder. Also a bit of water to thin it out.

My favorite thing about the Vitamix is that a smoothie lasts all day without separating out. I always, always make too much for one serving, so the rest goes back in the fridge for later!
